If you receive a Direct Payment from Suffolk County Council to arrange and manage your own care, you can now choose Primary Homecare to provide your care and support.

Direct Payments give you greater choice and control over how your care is arranged. If you have been awarded a Direct Payment and would like to use it to arrange care with Primary Homecare, our team can work with you to help get everything set up.
