Prema Fairburn is the Director of Primary Homecare and a highly respected leader within the care sector. With extensive nursing experience and a strong background in residential and nursing home management, she brings deep insight, credibility, and passion to her work supporting care providers. She is a member of the Royal College of Nursing and a Registered Nurse.
Elected Chair of the Suffolk Care Association (SCA) in 2020, Prema played a pivotal role in strengthening collaboration across the sector before stepping down from the position in December 2025. She continues to champion social care as Chair of the Eastern Region Care Associations Alliance (ERCAA), where she remains firmly committed to amplifying the voice of social care providers and driving positive change across the East of England.
Prema also serves as a Board Member of the Care Associations Alliance (CAA), a national organisation dedicated to strengthening and improving social care across England.
