Our aim is to support everyone’s desire to live at home for as long as possible.

There are certain life events such as medical conditions or procedures that can create subsequent challenges with living at home however, getting older can often increase these challenges of daily living which could have an impact on your independence. Primary Homecare is here to help you overcome some of these challenges whilst maintaining the best quality of life possible, with as much independence as you’re able to retain.

We are able to tailor a package of care that suits your needs, at times that work for you. To establish exactly what you need, our care coordinator will undertake an initial visit to discuss your requirements and preferences, assess your needs and make recommendations.  For example, you may need more than one carer at a time, or more than one visit per day.

We also have live-in packages for clients who need care overnight, whether that’s a sleep-in carer or one who remains awake to attend to specific needs.
