The Covid-19 pandemic created numerous challenges for both the staff and the clients of Primary Homecare, with movement restrictions, social distancing and in particular close contact with those considered most vulnerable making working conditions difficult.
Despite the challenges, Primary Homecare is incredibly proud of our care team, who have been exemplary during the pandemic.
They have worked tirelessly during challenging conditions, including adverse winter weather, to provide a regular service to our clients, whilst constantly monitoring and maintaining safe protocols at all times.
We are pleased to report too that all our staff have been vaccinated, and will also continue to wear full PPE during all visits. We look forward to continuing to deliver the highest standards of care to all of our clients around the Suffolk area.
