Rumbi is extremely deserving of employee of the month. Ever since starting with Primary Homecare, we have only received positive feedback. Many clients call the office and ask that Rumbi is one of their regular carers and we can see why! Rumbi has the perfect personality to be a carer and always gives everything that she does 100%. Rumbi always reads the care plans, and we know this because when reading the visit notes, Rumbi always does everything that is highlighted.
